The Swish Factory at LABCITY

The Swish Factory at LABCITY is a basketball skill training company that focuses on fundamentals of shooting. Our shot improvement sessions use the Dr. Dish Shooting Machine. During the Swish Factory Shooting sessions we focus on shot mechanics, release angle, footwork, balance, and hand placement on the ball. We also work on moving to get open and creating your shot off the dribble. These techniques have proven to strongly improve shooting percentages from everywhere on the court.
